Nayback Law was founded by a highly skilled trial lawyer. Kyle Nayback is a former United States Department of Justice Trial Attorney who has handled hundreds of cases in New Mexico Courts. He successfully tried over 30 cases over his career and handled 11 Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals cases. Nayback Law is poised to deliver exceptional legal services to clients in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death and Tribal Law and Policy. 

Mr. Nayback's distinguished career includes Senior Staff positions at prestigious institutions such as the National Indian Gaming Commission and the United States Department of Justice. During his tenure, he spearheaded initiatives in gaming compliance, and represented the federal government in critical legal matters such as crimes in Indian Country and served as a staunch advocate for tribal sovereignty and treaty rights. He is both a criminal and civil litigator.  

With over 30 years of experience at the intersection of law and Native American affairs, Kyle Nayback brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to serving Native American communities.

As a seasoned litigator, his track record of excellence includes serving as counsel for the United States in numerous federal trials and Tenth Circuit appeals, demonstrating his courtroom prowess and unwavering dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for victims and his clients.

Beyond his legal acumen, Mr. Nayback is deeply committed to community service and sits on a number of boards and commissions geared toward improving New Mexico communities. His passion for advancing victim interests and representing Native Americans and tribal institutions is at the core of our firm's mission.
