He successfully tried over 30 cases over his career and handled 11 Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals cases. Mr. Nayback's distinguished career includes Senior Staff positions at prestigious institutions such as the National Indian Gaming Commission and the United States Department of Justice. During his tenure, he spearheaded initiatives in gaming compliance, and represented the federal government in critical legal matters such as crimes in Indian Country and served as a staunch advocate for tribal sovereignty and treaty rights. He is both a criminal and civil litigator.
